• Orders are delivered by courier, this can be Royal Mail, EVRI or Yodel

How can I track my order?

Once your tracked order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order. Please note that it may take a few hours for the courier to scan your package into the system and update the tracking information.

If your order was packed on the weekend, the tracking system may not be updated until the next business day.

If you lose your tracking number fill in the form to have it resent Lost Tracking Form

What if I need my jewellery for a specific date?

If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery or collection date. You can also add this information on the checkout page.

I selected ‘Collection’ not ‘Delivery’ by accident when ordering

No problem, we would see shipping has not been paid and not send out the order until we contacted you, contact us and we will cancel the order for you, then you can reorder.
