We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Spiritual Jewellery UK However, if this is not the case, we will refund an item you are unhappy with within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you’ve changed your mind
If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Your item needs to be:
- Unused, in a re-saleable condition, with all original components.
- In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable).
- If the item has security seals, these must be unbroken and intact.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
What you’ll need:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt and order email etc).
- Any free items that came with the product.
Getting your refund:
- The quickest way to return some items is by store, even if they were delivered.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Card will take up to 5 working days, PayPal up to 5 working days
- We reserve the right to reject the refund.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
Change of mind on a home delivered item
- Small home delivered items can be returned to us directly, or you can contact us via live chat to arrange an exchange or collection.
- For change of mind returns, delivery fees will not be refunded.
If your item is faulty or damaged
If your item is faulty or damaged the options available to you vary depending on when you received the item from us, please read below:
If you received your item less than 30 days ago
- We will offer you an exchange, replacement or refund.
- If your item was damaged when you received it then you’ll need to contact us about arranging an exchange, a replacement or a refund.
If you received your items more than 30 days ago
- If the item is still within its guarantee period we will arrange a repair or if this is not possible we will replace your item.
If its outside of the guarantee period
- If your item is outside of its guarantee and you just need a spare part,or if you want to talk to us about a faulty or damaged item contact us

Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:
- Please fill in the form below
- Wait for an email confirmation for return authorisation, this should be less that 24 hours.
- Re-pack the item back in its original Organza Bag, place the Organza Bag inside its original Protective Shipping Box, place this in sealed envelope/box.
- Attach your label and address it to us.
- Return the package and obtain proof of postage. Please do not post the package without obtaining a proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable unless faulty. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.
- Keep your proof of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges unless faulty) will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method or Store Credit (depending which method you chose). It will take up to 7 working days to refund your account, this depends on the return method, you will receive an email stating your refund has been credited or denied and the reasons.
